Smarter Sitting involves the use of ergonomically designed seating aids, along with guided practices to optimise your sitting posture. By following these guidelines, you can expect to:

This program is tailored to fit your unique needs, helping you make small adjustments that lead to big changes in comfort and health.

How to Get Started with Smarter Sitting

1. Complete the Questionnaire:
   - To ensure that Smarter Sitting is perfectly tailored to your needs, please answer the list of 40 questions included in the document provided. This will help us better understand your current posture habits, any discomfort you may be experiencing, and your specific needs.
   - The questionnaire covers areas such as your sitting habits, workstation setup, and any existing pain or discomfort.

2. Upload Photos of Your Sitting Posture:
   - Please arrange for up to 4 photos of yourself sitting at your desk from different angles. These images will help us analyse your posture and make specific recommendations.
   - Make sure the photos are clear and show your entire body from head to toe while sitting at your desk.
   - Once taken, upload these photos along with your completed questionnaire through the designated upload link or send them via email as instructed.

3. Set Up Your Seating Aids:
   - Follow the instructions provided to properly position your seating aids, ensuring they are adjusted to your body’s needs.

4. Practice Proper Posture:
   - Utilise the posture tips provided with your Smarter Sitting product. Ensure your feet are flat on the ground, your hips are level with or slightly higher than your knees, and your back is supported.

5. Integrate Movement:
   - Remember to take regular breaks to stand, stretch, and move around. Even with the best sitting posture, prolonged sitting can still be harmful without movement.

6. Review Your Report:
   - After we receive your completed questionnaire and photos, we will analyse the information and provide you with a personalised report. This report will include specific tips and adjustments to help you achieve the best results with Smarter Sitting.
