   Michelle collects personal information about your health to offer you the most effective treatment, health reports, workplace assessments, or Inner Voice Scans. Your request for services, combined with Michelle’s commitment to providing care, forms a contract. Without the necessary information, Michelle cannot deliver the treatment or reports you require.

2. Legitimate Interest:
   Michelle has a "Legitimate Interest" in collecting your personal data. This information is essential for her to perform her job safely and effectively. Additionally, it allows her to contact you regarding ergonomic reports, Inner Voice Scans, appointment confirmations, and updates relevant to your medical care. This is also in your "Legitimate Interest."

3. Communication and Information:
   With your consent, Michelle may occasionally send you health-related information, including articles, opportunities, or advice. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting her through any convenient method.

4. Legal Obligations:
   Michelle is legally required to retain your health records for 8 years after your most recent appointment (or until age 25, whichever is longer). After this period, you may request the deletion of your records. Note that AO Scan™ Technology does not store any personal data.

Data Storage and Security:

• Physical Records: Your medical records are stored on paper in locked filing cabinets, with the office securely locked outside working hours.
• Digital Records: Any data stored on Michelle’s office computer is password-protected, regularly backed up, and kept secure in a locked office when not in use.

Data Access and Confidentiality:

Michelle will never share your personal data with anyone who does not require access to it without your explicit written consent. The only individuals with routine access to your data are:

• Your practitioner, to provide you with the necessary treatment.
• A colleague or receptionist responsible for filing records.

Michelle ensures that all individuals with access to your data are fully trained to handle it confidentially and have signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Your Rights:

You have the right to access the personal data Michelle holds about you. You can also request corrections to any factual errors. Once the legally required retention period has passed, you may ask Michelle to erase your records.  Michelle is committed to handling your personal data with the utmost responsibility. She ensures that only those with a legitimate need to access your data can do so.

Complaints and Contact Information:

If you believe that your personal data is being mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint. 2. Services Provided

AO Scan™ Technology: This service involves the use of advanced scanning technology to provide insights into your health and wellbeing. It is a non-invasive and supportive tool for assessing various aspects of your health. You will receive emails from AO Scan™ Technology.

Inner Voice Music: This service uses frequency-based music to help harmonise your emotional and mental state. The music is designed to reflect and balance your inner voice, potentially aiding in emotional wellbeing. You will receive emails from AO Scan™ Technology.

Health Consultations: These consultations are provided by a qualified professional and are designed to support your overall health and wellbeing. They may involve discussions, advice, and recommendations based on the information you provide.

Workplace Assessments: This service involves remotely analysing a workplace health questionnaire and up to 5 photographs to provide insights into your workplace. There will be a report with recommendations based on the information you provide. This will be sent to you by email.

3. Disclaimer

Non-Diagnostic Services: AO Scan™ Technology, Inner Voice Music, Workplace assessments and virtual health consultations are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. 5. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations, through the AO Scan™ Technology, or while using Inner Voice Music is treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Fees: Fees for AO Scan™ Technology, Inner Voice Music, Workplace Assessments and Health Consultations are as advertised or agreed upon prior to the service being rendered.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to the full fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michelle Davies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our Services, including AO Scan™ Technology, Inner Voice Music, Workplace assessments or health consultations.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or otherwise communicated to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Worcester, England.
